To work from home, you must have high speed internet and a personal computer that meets basic system requirements, access to a webcam, and a headset.  At this time, remote agents are not able to use Macs or Chromebooks.

Here are the positions we have available.

Inbound Sales Agents. We have steady volume with many TV, Direct Mail and Print clients with shift openings for all day-parts, including overnights and weekends.  Both full and part-time shifts available.  Once you complete the training, you will have the sales skills to earn what you are worth.  This position combines and hourly and commission based pay structure with Top Selling agents averaging over $22.00 per hour.

Customer Service Representatives.  Full and Part-time Openings.  CS agents have a guaranteed hourly rate and can make up to $15.50 per hour.  Our CS agents support our client’s customers.  Primary functions include but are not limited to; support existing customers that may require additional product information and package tracking as well as save the sale options when necessary.

Hybrid Agent Representatives.  This position combines the Inbound Sales and Customer Service position into one.  For the agent that would like the best of both worlds, this position is right up your alley.  Guaranteed hourly pay with commission incentives.  Once trained, Hybrid Agents will jump from both divisions based on call volume demands.

Outbound Sales Representative – make outbound calls to newly acquired and existing customers. Establish rapport for first and future contact with customers.  Maximize sales opportunities and increase lifetime value of customers for our clients.  This is a fully commissioned based position that is best suited for self-starters, who needs minimal supervision and thrives in a competitive, goal-based sales environment.  High Performing Account Managers average over $22 and hour.
